Urgent Hiring Fiber Splicing Supervisor/Team Leader UAE
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 per month
Experience Required: 5–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the fiber splicing team and drivers.
Plan daily work schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and site teams.
Ensure quality standards, productivity targets, and safety compliance.
Review splicing reports, OTDR test results, and project documentation.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of targets.
Requirements:
✔ Strong experience in fiber optic network deployment and splicing.
✔ Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple site activities.
✔ Knowledge of OTDR testing, network drawings, and project reporting.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
