Job Overview

The Safety Officer will be responsible for monitoring construction site activities, enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture to prevent workplace incidents.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards
Implement and enforce company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies
Prepare safety reports, inspection records, and incident documentation
Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for site personnel
Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions
Ensure workers use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
Coordinate with site management to maintain a safe working environment
