Description

A well-established company is hiring an alert and responsible CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems, identify suspicious activities, maintain security records, and report incidents promptly.

The ideal candidate should have good observation skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to remain attentive during long monitoring periods.

Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
Observe and identify suspicious or unusual activities.
Report security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns immediately.
Maintain accurate CCTV monitoring logs and incident reports.
Monitor entry and exit points through surveillance systems.
Review and retrieve recorded CCTV footage when required.
Coordinate with security guards and supervisors during incidents.
Ensure CCTV cameras and monitoring equipment are functioning properly.
Report technical faults or damaged cameras to the concerned department.
Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and security information.
Follow company security procedures and emergency protocols.
Assist management with security-related investigations when required.

Requirements

Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or Security Surveillance Officer is preferred.
UAE security/CCTV experience is an advantage.
Basic computer and CCTV monitoring skills.
Good observation and attention to detail.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
SIRA certification is an advantage/required where applicable.
Responsible, reliable, and disciplined.
