Description

A reputable company in Dubai is looking for an alert and responsible CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems and support daily security operations.

The ideal candidate should have good observation skills and the ability to respond appropriately to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
Observe and report suspicious activities, safety concerns, or security incidents.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and observations.
Monitor access points, entrances, exits, and restricted areas.
Immediately report security breaches or emergencies to the security supervisor.
Review recorded CCTV footage when required for investigations.
Maintain confidentiality of surveillance information and recordings.
Check CCTV equipment and report technical issues promptly.
Coordinate with security guards and control room personnel.
Prepare daily CCTV monitoring and incident reports.
Follow company security procedures and emergency protocols.

Requirements

Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security-related role.
Good observation and concentration skills.
Ability to monitor multiple screens for extended periods.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies.
Security training or relevant certification is an advantage.
UAE security experience is preferred.
