We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant.
Lead and support restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and scheduling.
Assist with inventory control and stock management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
