Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff activities
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow
Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job guidance
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance
Monitor inventory and report stock requirements
